Our Pet Policy

Pine Grove Apartments allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Our pet policy does have some restrictions. Please contact the office for the full details.

Pet Fees

There is a $350.00 pet fee for your first pet.
An additional $250.00 pet fee for your second pet.
$25 per month
