I’ve lived here for the past 4 years I love the office here they make sure all of your needs are met and taken care of in a reasonable time I just renewed my lease today for another year I feel at home here. I love the fact that sams club and Walmart is literally in my backyard great place to stay and a great community I love it here!!!

Living at Pine Grove Apartments these past few months has been great! Incredibly attentive management + maintenance team, spacious floor plans, and top-tier location. This community offered everything I was looking for at a time when I was looking over every (and I mean EVERY) housing option within 20 miles of Downtown Columbia. Once I stared all of the application process it was very easy to complete and navigate. I had help and the office was able to respond questions. I was able to view the apartment and had a warm feeling about it. I can not wait to move in and I am happy and satisfied with all the process. Thank you!
